As part of my continuing efforts at better health, I had my first session with a personal trainer today. She was very nice, and made my muscles hurt, which I suppose is the point. This used to be beer money, now it is to get my ass kicked twice a week. Still on the treadmill in between.

I’m starting a thing with a personal trainer today. I used to be in WAY better shape then I am now. 21.5% body fat..yikes. Goal is to be under 15% by april and gain some arm muscles.

Nice. How is the diet?
I started cutting out some carbs, not all like Keto, but I don’t need to eat half a pizza during homework weekends plus the mac and cheese side. I’ve cut 15lbs in about 3 weeks....then I got food poisoned and lost another 10lbs. My pants don’t fit me at all.
I am starting working out slowly again. I was working out hardcore for a bit, but took a break with school and my body was taking a serious beating with the extra weight on me. Running should be easier now.
